- Around the corner from the Hobart property (the Hobart property around the corner has a self-tape room, dance room, and movie theater that Harvard residents can use)

- Closest bus stop is a block away, nearest subway is 15-20 minute walk.

- Large Recording studio

- All bedrooms are 6 residents per room, with bunk beds

- Parking is very tight. Only parking is 2-8 blocks away, first come first serve.

-This location is comprised of 3 different addresses (12-18 people each).

Hoover St, Los Angeles, CA 90004 (Silver Lake)

$715/month

- Closest bus stop there is a block away, nearest subway is an 8-minute walk.

- Self-tape and photoshoot backdrops

- TV room, study/work room

- Street parking only

-All bedrooms have 4-6 residents per room, with bunk beds

-28 residents total (our smallest location)

Sunset Blvd, Los Angeles CA 90026 (Echo Park)

$795/month​

- 24-hour recording studio

- Self tape/photography backdrops

- Indoor stage and movie projector in the attic!

- Office room with desks

- Street parking only

-Bedrooms have 6-10 residents per room, sleeping pod beds make the room more private

-Girl’s bedrooms have 6 residents per room, guy’s rooms have 8 per room, all bunk beds

- 25 minute walk to the subway

- Nearest bus stop is a 4 minute walk away.

- 24 residents total

Cloverdale, Los Angeles 90019 (Mid-City)

$750/Month (for a bunk bed) $775/Month (for a pod bed)

- Self-tape/photoshoot backdrops

- Small sound booth for recording audio

- 15 minutes from Beverly Hills and UCLA

- Nearest bus stop is a 2 minute walk away.

- Street parking only

- Large community space and projector movie room

- Both bunk beds and limited pods available at this location

- Guy’s rooms, girls rooms, and gender-neutral rooms

- Bedrooms are all 4-6 people each, a mix of bunk and pod beds

- Gender-neutral bedrooms include pods instead of bunks to make the room more private, all common areas are shared. 

-This location is comprised of 4 different address (14 residents each)

Melrose, Los Angeles 90029 (East Hollywood)

$795/month

- Study area with desks and couches in the attic

- Guy’s rooms, girls rooms, and gender-neutral rooms

- Bedrooms are 14-16 people each, pod beds make sleeping space more private. The rooms here are much bigger and longer than a normal-sized room
