This Wellness Wednesday will focus on our Physical Health. The most important resource we have for overall wellness i.e. longevity, beauty, antiaging and emotional stability!

Jana Burbato will be presenting this session. She is a Certified Holistic Health Practitioner specializing in whole foods nutritional counseling, Certified Yoga Instructor, Certified Pilates Reformer Instructor and Director Of Business Development at Talbott Recovery Campus. Jana has worked in the healthcare industry for 11 years.
