Unleash your inner beast in this dynamic and fun workout session with certified Personal Trainer and Animal Flow instructor Andi Norris! Taking place in the Hobart Movement Studio (Hobart Gym) Thursday July 25th from 7pm - 8pm.

Animal Flow® is an innovative fitness program that combines quadrupedal and ground-based movement with elements from various bodyweight-training disciplines to create a fun, challenging workout. Designed to increase your mobility, strength, endurance and power, Animal Flow is for everyone who wants to get into their peak physical condition and have fun while doing it.

About your trainer:

Andi Norris is a personal trainer, motion capture actor and creature performer. Through her experience bringing creatures to life for AAA video games and VR experiences, Andi developed a personal training regime that focuses on achieving greater mobility, core strength, flexibility, and dynamic endurance. Now she's excited to share some of those monster making skills with you! Andi is a certified NASM personal trainer and Animal Flow instructor. She also teaches Creature Fit, a weekly ongoing conditioning class, through Mind's Eye Tribe: Action Actor's Academy and offers private personal training sessions.
