About the Event
The UP(st)ART 48 hour film festival is here! This is a house vs house fest, so liase with your fellow members and your house managers to win the title of best filmmakers at UP(st)ART. Schedule of events are:
March 13th, 3pm: Look out for an email and Facebook announcement for the genre choices, required line of dialogue and required object that must appear in your film for it to be counted! Films without the dialogue, object and that don't fit in to one of the listed genres will be eliminated! Your film must be NO LONGER THAN 5 MINUTES!
March 14th, all day: Make your film! You have the whole day to write, film and edit as much as you can.
March 15th, 3pm: All films are due by 3pm and must be uploaded to the Google Drive Link Below:

Films submitted after the 3pm cutoff will be eliminated!
Please submit your film in 1920x1080 H264 .mp4...if you don't know what this means, find someone who does!
March 15th, 6pm: Films will be screened at the Hobart Theatre and the winners announced. The winning team receives the coveted UP(st)ART Film Festival trophy, an extra family dinner and bragging rights!
So get your creative juices flowing, co-ordinate with your house manager or team leader, and make some kick-ass films!
**PLEASE NOTE: Photos will be taken for the duration for UP(st)ART's online media. If you do not want your image used, speak to the photographer before the session**
