Recording studio spaces, movie theaters, self tape spaces, and other UP(st)ART Amenities can be booked through SuperSaas.
Note: Due to the CA Safer at Home order due to the COVID-19 situation, amenities at each property are currently only permitted to be used by those living at that property (Ex: Hobart members can only use Hobart amenities). When that rule is lifted, you should expect to see an email from UP(st)ART announcing an update to this policy.
If you do not yet have an account through SuperSaas, email email@example.com with your full name, preferred email address, phone number and house of residence. Maty & Tam, the activities and studio directors, will then set up a profile for you and email you a link to login.

HOW TO BOOK

Click “Use” on the studio that you would like to book.
The Schedule will open, find a time that is not yet booked.
Click on an open time-slot and it will open a pop-up, click create reservation.
If you wish to cancel your booking, please do so 4 hours before the scheduled time. This will refund the credit(s).
If you do not cancel within 4 hours of the schedule time, it will be impossible to cancel. Please post in the Facebook Group that the time slot is open so others may utilize the studio. You will not be refunded the credit(s).
RULES FOR BOOKING
You are allotted 24 credits a month with which to make bookings. Each hour you book will cost one credit and your credits will automatically refresh at the beginning of every month. You are able to reserve any studio once per day for up to 3 hours, and you can see how many credits remain on your account next to your name.
SuperSaas will only allow users to edit and/or delete their own bookings and you cannot delete a booking within 4 hours of its start time. Meaning if you book a studio session and find you can no longer use that time, you must cancel 4 hours or more before your session or your credits for that session are forfeit. This cushion will give others an opportunity to book that time slot. Also, you may only make bookings for yourself to use, never on behalf of someone else or in another person's name.
